Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of AIOP Response and its members. AIOP Response, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions, without previous notice .
To clearly define the relationship that exists between you as Affiliate (associate) and AIOP Response. and to explicitly set a standard for acceptable business conduct, AIOP Response has established this Agreement. You as Affiliates are required to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Agreement, as well as all state, provincial, territorial, and local laws governing their AIOP Response business and their conduct. Because you may be unfamiliar with many of these standards of practice, it is very important that you read and abide by the Agreement. Please review the information in all the policies and procedures on the AIOP Response site, carefully. It explains and governs the relationship between you, as an independent contractor and AIOP Response as the Company. If you have any questions regarding any policy or rule, do not hesitate to seek an answer from anyone, your Sponsor or from AIOP Response.
By this Agreement I authorize AIOP Response to immediately withdraw monthly dues/fees for the products, services and membership(s) I have on the site and from the transaction receipts.
To change my method of payment or the authorized amount for the upgrade situation, I understand that I must submit all changes through AIOP Response support or my back office at least 6 business days prior to my renewal. AIOP Response reserves the right to change the costs associated with its products and services giving not less than 30 days prior notice.
This Agreement will remain in effect until you:
1. elect to alter or change any aspect of this Agreement by submitting an upgrade agreement if upgrade will be available;
2. send, in writing, your cancellation of your participation to AIOP Response admin via your back office support system (The notice must include your signature, name, address, and username) Or
3. stop payment of any withdrawals by AIOP Response by notifying your issuing bank at least five six (6) days prior to the scheduled charging of your account. If a cancellation notice is received fewer than five six (6) days prior to the scheduled charging date, cancellation will become effective in month following the month in which your notice of cancellation is received by AIOP Response.
1. Illegal activity.
Members may not present AIOP Response promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by AIOP Response, its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.
2. Third-Party Liability.
AIOP Response will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.
3. Terms and Conditions. AIOP Response reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.
4. Monthly Services fee and Access Levels. Our services can be accessed Free, Basic Upgrade, Pro Upgrade.
Basic level upgrade is $10 plus $1.50 processing fee.
Pro level upgrade is $20 plus $1.76 processing fee.
Our paid services can be accessed based on a monthly subscription and is non refundable.
Payments from and to accounts, owned by other person than the AIOP Response registered member are NOT accepted to prevent fraud.
Under law and the AIOP Response Terms infringement, any attempt of this kind will be reported to payment processors.
The AIOP Response account will be terminated and funds forfeited with no refund or commission payout.
5. The membership of the user can be canceled anytime by the administrator without giving any reason .
7. Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of AIOP Response with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.
8. Cancellation/Termination of membership
Membership at is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. AIOP Response will only cancel/terminate a membership if it's deemed that the member is operating in conflict with AIOP Response terms and conditions. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with AIOP Response.
10. Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of AIOP Response.
11. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws .
12. Private Information. AIOP Response will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law. (See privacy policy)
13. Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within AIOP Response are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. AIOP Response provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.
14. Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to AIOP Response and/or its members will be terminated from AIOP Response. Depending on seriousness, AIOP Response may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
15. UCE/UBE or SPAM. AIOP Response strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of AIOP Response and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled. (See Spam Policy)
16. Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. AIOP Response will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.
17. Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from AIOP Response or any program promoted via the AIOP Response program.
18. I agree that I will not be eligible for a full or partial refund of my Membership Monthly Fees as a result of my non-participation in any of the products, services, or opportunities offered by AIOP Response.
19. AIOP Response and our affiliates cannot be held responsible for any action and/or any other circumstances beyond our control.
AIOP Response, its members and affiliates act only as referral partners and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the products and services provided.
Some of goods and services available through AIOP Response membership come from 3rd party vendors, contractors or can only be purchased through such web sites without opportunity for inspection. We make no representation to the quality of such products or services provided by the possible third party. We agree to provide you with all the information that has been made provided to us about each product and/or service and will do our best to only offer products and services that meet our highest recommendations.
Because provincial, state, territorial and local laws, as well as the business environment, periodically change, AIOP Response reserves the right to amend the Agreement. By signing the Affiliate Agreement, the affiliate agrees to abide by all amendments or modifications that AIOP Response elects to make. Amendments shall be effective upon notice to all affiliates. When sponsoring or enrolling a new Affiliate, it is the responsibility of the sponsoring Affiliate to provide the most current information and version of these Policies and Procedures, Products, Services and Compensation Plan to the applicant prior to his or her execution of the Affiliate Agreement.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership for any reason at any time. If you wish to cancel your membership subscription, please log into your account at the processor you used and follow the instruction there. Also you have the option to send a support ticket as stated above in present agreement.
To cancel your membership with AIOP Response visit the processor you used for your subscription and cancel the subscription there. Remember there is a no refund policy.
Please be aware that your account will be removed finally and can`t be restored. You will ALSO lose out on all the features AIOP Response offers.
