Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions exist for the benefit of All In One Profits.com and its members. All In One Profits, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the account of any member caught in violation of the Terms and Conditions, without previous notice .
To clearly define the relationship that exists between you as Affiliate (associate) and All In One Profits.com and to explicitly set a standard for acceptable business conduct, All In One Profits has established this Agreement. You as Affiliates are required to comply with all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Agreement, as well as all state, provincial, territorial, and local laws governing their All In One Profits business and their conduct. Because you may be unfamiliar with many of these standards of practice, it is very important that you read and abide by the Agreement. Please review the information in all the policies and procedures on the All In One profits site, carefully. It explains and governs the relationship between you, as an independent contractor and All In One Profits as the Company. If you have any questions regarding any policy or rule, do not hesitate to seek an answer from anyone, your Sponsor or from All In One Profits.
By this Agreement I authorize All In One Profits.com to immediately withdraw monthly dues/fees for the products, services and membership(s) I have on the site and from the transaction receipts.
To change my method of payment or the authorized amount for the upgrade situation, I understand that I must submit all changes through All In One Profits support or my back office at least 6 business days prior to my renewal. All In One Profits.com reserves the right to change the costs associated with its products and services giving not less than 30 days prior notice.
This Agreement will remain in effect until you:
1. elect to alter or change any aspect of this Agreement by submitting an upgrade agreement if upgrade will be available;
2. send, in writing, your cancellation of your participation to All In One Profits admin via your back office support system (The notice must include your signature, name, address, and username) Or
3. stop payment of any withdrawals by All In One profits by notifying your issuing bank at least five six (6) days prior to the scheduled charging of your account. If a cancellation notice is received fewer than five six (6) days prior to the scheduled charging date, cancellation will become effective in month following the month in which your notice of cancellation is received by All In One Profits.com.
1. Illegal activity.
Members may not present All In One Profits promotions on any page, newsgroup, email or any distribution method that is regarded objectionable by All In One Profits , its Internet Service Providers, or otherwise considered unlawful according to any controlling legal authority. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, computer viruses, prostitution, obscenity or Spam.
2. Third-Party Liability.
All In One Profits.com will in no way be liable for the actions of third parties that may in any way cause members harm.
3. Terms and Conditions. All In One Profits.com reserves the right to update, modify, add or change the terms and conditions without notice.
4. Membership Fee. Our monthly membership fee is just $10 plus $1.50 payment processor fee for the Basic level and $20 plus $1.76 payment processor fee for the Pro level, nonrefundable.
Payments from and payouts to accounts, owned by other person than the AIOP registered member are NOT accepted to prevent fraud.
Under law and the AIOP Terms infringement, any attempt of this kind will be reported to payment processors.
The AIOP account will be terminated and funds forfeited with no refund or commission payout.
5. The membership of the user can be cancelled anytime by the administrator without giving any reason when a member is found acting against AIOP company, its Policies & Procedures or its members.
7. Any member acting unethical or unprofessional may be removed without refund at the sole discretion of All In One Profits.com with all future commissions or products usage forfeited.
This includes unethical action of taking new positions into the system that will make you passing referrals to yourself and affecting your sponsor. This will be considered Terms infringement and your account will be terminated without any prior notice.
8. Cancellation/Termination of membership
Membership at is voluntary and therefore may be canceled at any time by the member. All In One Profits.com will only cancel/terminate a membership if it's deemed that the member is operating in conflict with All In One Profits terms and conditions. Any membership that is canceled/terminated will forfeit all benefits and privileges associated with All In One Profits.com.
10. Relationship. A member is neither an employee nor an independent contractor of All In One Profits.com.
11. Disputes. Agreements shall be interpreted under the laws .
12. Private Information. All In One Profits.com will never provide personal information about its members to third parties without the consent of the member unless required by law. (See privacy policy)
13. Copyright Material. All branding, logos and graphics contained within All In One Profits.com are copyright use; distribution or copying of such content is expressly prohibited. All In One Profits.com provides members with approved material for marketing within the members area.
Referencing, Brand Assets, Copyrighted materials and Screenshots:
We require a prior approval by us for any promotional material other than provided by All In One Profits (AIOP) in your members area.

Referencing to AIOP:
1. You can make a reference to All In One Profits (AIOP) to describe your membership in AIOP and your use of our products and services as well as the financial benefits generated by the affiliate commission.
Your reference must be truthful, and cannot suggest that you are founder, owner, partner, associate, hired, brought in, sponsored, or endorsed by AIOP- All IN One Profits unless you are in one of this qualities and you have our approval.
2. Textual references to All In One Profits (AIOP) should never be hyperlinked to anything but your replicated All In One Profits (AIOP) page through your referral link or All In One Profits (AIOP)login page.
You are allowed to refer to and promote your All In One Profits (AIOP) URL as long as your URL links to your All In One Profits (AIOP) page and nowhere else.
3. Never combine your name, or your business, system, site or domain name with our name in any way that may affect our trademarks, and/or break the All In One Profits (AIOP) Policies and Procedures and the present guidelines.
Logos and other All In One Profits (AIOP) trademarks and copyrighted materials:
1. You may not combine our Brand assets, or elements of our Brand assets, with your own name or mark or generic terms. Do not use trademarks, logos, or other content that is confusingly similar to the All In One Profits (AIOP) Brand assets.
You may not attempt to get rights in the Brand assets, or any confusingly similar approximations, whether by trademark registration, domain name registration, or otherwise.
2. Avoid using All In One Profits (AIOP) Brand assets in a way that suggests any type of association or partnership with All In One Profits (AIOP), or approval, sponsorship,
or endorsement by All In One Profits (AIOP) other than your affiliate quality, if is not prior approved.
3. Don’t present a Brand asset in a way that makes it the most distinctive or prominent feature on your web page, printed material, or other content as long as not promotes or is a referrence to All In One Profits (AIOP).
4. Don’t use All In One Profits (AIOP) Brand assets in a way that is deceptive, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable to All In One Profits (AIOP).
You may not present or feature the All In One Profits (AIOP) Brand on websites containing content associated with pornography, gambling, or illegal activities.
5. When approved, you must keep sufficient space around our Brand Assets so they appear clean and uncluttered.
All use of Brand assets is subject to All In One Profits (AIOP)’s Terms and Policies.

Permission to use a standard, unaltered screenshot from All In One Profits (AIOP) must be granted.
Screenshots may be used for print, web and broadcast with prior written permission from All In One Profits (AIOP).
14. Damaging Intent. Any Member who engages in chat, email, postings or any other medium, content that is deemed damaging to All In One Profits.com and/or its members will be terminated from All In One Profits.com. Depending on seriousness, All In One Profits.com may deem it appropriate to exercise legal action.
15. UCE/UBE or SPAM. All In One Profits strictly prohibits the use of UCE or SPAM. This enforcement is at the sole discretion of All In One Profits.com and for the benefit of all its members. Members proven to be participating in such activities will have their memberships canceled. (See our Spam Policy page).
16. Bouncing emails over 50 per day, using bulk import in AIOP Response autoresponder will determinate your account being suspended until you clear the damaging list. You agree to use bulk import from your own built list, and only reliable sources, to have the prospects double opt-in, and to abide by our antispam policy. (See our Spam Policy page).
17. Contact Information. It is the responsibility of members to keep their personal records up to date at the members area. All In One Profits.com will not be responsible for communication error due to incorrect or out of date contact information. Continued failed attempts to make contact with you may result in the termination of your membership.
18. Tax. You, the member, are responsible for any and all taxes payable in you resident domicile or jurisdiction, for any income you receive either from All In One Profits.com or any program promoted via the All In One Profits program.
19. I agree that I will not be eligible for a full or partial refund of my Membership Monthly Fees as a result of my non-participation in any of the products, services, or opportunities offered by All In One Profits.com.
20. All In One Profits.com and our affiliates cannot be held responsible for any action and/or any other circumstances beyond our control.
All In One profits.com, its members and affiliates act only as referral partners and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, delay or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with the products and services provided.
Some of goods and services available through All In One Profits.com membership come from 3rd party vendors, contractors or can only be purchased through such web sites without opportunity for inspection. We make no representation to the quality of such products or services provided by the possible third party. We agree to provide you with all the information that has been made provided to us about each product and/or service and will do our best to only offer products and services that meet our highest recommendations.
Because provincial, state, territorial and local laws, as well as the business environment, periodically change, All In One profits.com reserves the right to amend the Agreement. By signing the Affiliate Agreement, the affiliate agrees to abide by all amendments or modifications that All In One profits.com elects to make. Amendments shall be effective upon notice to all affiliates. When sponsoring or enrolling a new Affiliate, it is the responsibility of the sponsoring Affiliate to provide the most current information and version of these Policies and Procedures, Products, Services and Compensation Plan to the applicant prior to his or her execution of the Affiliate Agreement.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your membership for any reason at any time. If you wish to cancel your membership subscription, please log into your account at the processor you used and follow the instruction there. Also you have the option to send a support ticket as stated above in present agreement.
To cancel your membership with All In One Profits visit the processor you used for your subscription. For example: Payza: go to your account, then click on View Subscription Details. You will be able to unsubscribe at that point by scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on unsubscribe. Remember there is a no refund policy.
Please be aware that your account will be removed finally and can`t be restored. You will ALSO lose out on all the features All In One Profits.com offers.
